When do you think my dovii will snap?

Yes sir! This guy here does not tolerate any I mean any tankmates at all. His scars are not from other fishes but constant banging himself to get to the other side. He did once broke through and killed and had the rest all up in the top corner within hours. It's all up to the individual, I seen a 20" at lfs that lives peacefully with in a community.

why is he so mean? it's friggin' catfish, for Pete's sake. I wonder if our native Flathead catfish get that aggressive in a mixed tank

LOL I want one of these for my Dovii tank, but not this 40'lber....ill start w/ a 5lb fish, in the 20-24" range

I think it's 2 males, so i'm selling the smaller one, but my larger one is about 4" and definitely a male

if u get some more light on him and we can see the pattern, colors, speckling/spotting it should be easy enough. How big is he'??
