Its usually a very social event, we rarely braai alone
LOL my neighbor....who is also like my younger brother fires up his gas grill almost every night. He LOVES everything on the grill.....they also have a really nice charcoal grill and frequently use wood chips for smokey-flavoring like Hickory or Mesquite which are added when the coals are hot enough. He i truly a "Grill-Master".....i mean some of the most tender steaks, burgers, chicken, you name it, and they do trays of vegetables and stuff too....always lots of mushrooms and onions and peppers

My dad can do it well, he just doesn't have time to braai a lot. I can do some mean burgers :D

i make mean burgers! no frozen patties here, i make it all from scratch and the
buns are home made by a friend who makes phenomenal pastry and baked goods.

Hendre Hendre once your of age go to your local range if you have one and start shooting

I get really good ones from a local butcher, my homemade ones are also pretty good.

Small calibre is a lot of fun on the farm, i am yet to bag a guineafowl with a shotgun though

My favorite since I can remember(early 1970's) has been Mushroom pizza. But throughout life I fell into line and eat pepperoni pizza the most. Over the last 4-5 years I prefer a Mushroom, onion, olive and pepper combo pizza. Best thing about that is my wife can eat it(she doesn't eat meat outside of egg and fish).

I dunno how you'd hit a wild guinea with a shotgun...I have like 12 on my property and even domesticated they hate people, all of them sound the alarm and haul ass when I'm like 150 meters out lol

Yea you have to go into the bush, or shoot em when they leave the corn fields. My dad hit one off a moving pickup

They are like tiny winged cheetahs...so fast.
but when they defend babies they kick harder than any bird I've ever raised.

Well i hit one on the run with a .22 magnum at 250ft. It was pretty hard but i did it. They are nasty little critters, but i dont ever get close enough to disturb them on the farm.

In the suburbs they are like pigeons, only running when you are practically on top of them
