LOL my neighbor....who is also like my younger brother fires up his gas grill almost every night. He LOVES everything on the grill.....they also have a really nice charcoal grill and frequently use wood chips for smokey-flavoring like Hickory or Mesquite which are added when the coals are hot enough. He i truly a "Grill-Master".....i mean some of the most tender steaks, burgers, chicken, you name it, and they do trays of vegetables and stuff too....always lots of mushrooms and onions and peppersOption B
Its usually a very social event, we rarely braai alone
