If the pacu gets larger and larger i will buy a 400 gallon tank or built by some aquarium experts
it's not a metter of "IF", it's "when" and when is 2 months from now or even less.
Or release them
Do not do this. You will get a MASSIVE fine and contribute towards destroying our natural ecosystems. Take it back to the Pet Store and DEMAND they take it back or find it a new home. The growth rate is among one of the fastest I have ever seen

I hope you do, so many pacus lead cruddy lives in small tanks...
You could build a massive plywood tank, there's a section on here for inspiration.

Or release them
boy I hope that's a joke, you are the reason we can't get wels, nile perch, or snakeheads. Don't be an idiot and release a tropical fish into native waters.
Sell them or give them away

No one takes pacus, not privately or at aquariums. They are too big and there are too many of them.

RTC and Pacus in a 30-40 gallon aquarium and you're having issues and you state that you'll just get 1000 gallon aquarium? Yeah, everyone on this forum has heard that one before.

Do some research before you stock your tank. There are plenty of fish that can live comfortably for life in a 30/40 gallon tank.

Maybe we could try and help John? Bone fida?

John, for us to help you, you need to provide much more information about your current setup, experience, thoughts and plans and capabilities, etc.

It is much easier to maintain a pond in Philippines and it would cost 1000x less if your resources are limited. If not, you can order any size tank from any manufacturer you wish. We have Philippines members here, they can advise you who to turn to.
