Looks good, I'd do heavy water changes daily for the first couple of weeks to avoid algae
I'm surprised that I haven't gotten algae yet. I've had the tank up for about a week and I haven't done any water changes on it.

I spoke to soon... A few days ago the algae came, and there was a lot. I plan to get a decent sized school of otos soon. Hopefully they'll fix the issue.
The tank finally cycled on Thursday, so I picked some fish along with a few more plants.
Cardinal Tetras:
The reflection is somewhat confusing on that photo (it was the best one I could get with how fast/frequently they moved). I only have 6 tetras.

I was finally able to get a better picture of the shrimp. It's been hiding for most of the day.
Nice, I'd be very very surprised if the dwarf puffer doesn't bite him to death though; I'd keep a very close watch on his fans
