I've been hearing a lot about FH lately so I'm kinda curious to see some of your pictures ! I couldn't find any similar forums. Inspired by a recent fh posted in the mfk marketplace. Thanks guys!
 
They're known as faders because as they lose color and turn black. The black then disappears, leaving vivid color in its place, traditionally red or yellow. My fh started fading when he was a juvenile.

That's pretty neat can you tell if a fish is going to be a fader when you purchase it? Also what size tank is neccessary? Thanks for all the Info!

I think the only way to know recognise a fader is to catch them at the right point when you can see the black colouration on them. Problem with this being that a fish can fade at any point. Even when they're almost full size; although this typically happens when they're younger I think around 5".
 
That's impressive man. My kk is about 2 inches. Very slowly growing. What are you feeding him?

Sometime bloodworms but not anymore because I found that with my other fish it cause Hex so call white poops.

Feeding is 4 times a day.

All my food is mix with Pink Powder Plus
Water is treated with Thai High Active Minerals.
Water change when I see poops floating around.
