my 50 gal tank.. not as wow as yall tho

i managed to get a full view of my tank community.. 1 ĺemon oscar, 1 tiger oscar, 1 spotted gar, 1 buchir & 1 flowerhorn *far right).. with 2 fx6 filters

i know the tank is too small, but i guess i can still use it till the next 6 months or so and upgrade it later

They grow way too quick to be in that small of a tank for another 6 months

Keep in mind that your next upgrade tank should be at least 8Lx3Wx2H foots if you want to keep that spotted gar, also at some point the gar might look at other tank mate as FOOD

I'd start looking on craigslist. You should be able to find a decently huge tank for all of them within a month or so. People get rid of massive ones for dirt cheap all the time.

At least you already have those massive canister filters though so that's a start.

I never keep both species in same tank cause the gar is a predator, and Aro kinda predator+aggressive behave they both occupied the top water surface. I think saw a video a while back where is the gar just slice the silver Aro in half

Hmm... even if you get a bigger tank I would still keep the 50. Maybe those oscars will breed in a huge tank and you will have a place to put the fry in to grow them out and sell them. 50 gallons would be good for smaller community fish too.

The fh will need to be housed solo eventually. When you upgrade I suggest giving him the current tank
