They got two years. Drug dealers with no history of violence get longer sentences. And one or both of those guys had a history of hate crime like nonsense. What these people did is "worse" but im curious to see how they're going to be sentenced.

I am also looking forward to seeing the outcome of the case and with the Hate Crime charge slapped on them I suspect they will receive at least a little more than a mere wrist slap.

Right all he has to do is keep appealing it.

Even these 4... they will probably be under pc for the duration of their incarnation.
In a perfect world they would be GP the whole time and have a very hard time doing hard time, i'd imagine the whites will take issue with the comments they made and the blacks will take issue with the fact that the victim was disabled. Some times i support jail house rules over the criminal justice system.

I was just going to comment about hoping they end up in gen pop with the biggest, baddest dudes who also might possibly have kids on the outside. Karma catches everyone...they'll get theirs somewhere at some point.

Its sad the lengths that are taken to keep them.safe from GP once they are behind bars... really would surprise many

I was thinking there are 3 others that got fed death penalty, of those only 1 had been put to death, either way be at least 20 years when or if it happens. interesting factoid, cheaper to jail for life than to put a prisoner to death.

hello; Yes the way it is done around here. Doesn't have to be. I believe this is a case where there is no doubt about the guilt at all. Not a mental defect, just plain mean.
