Must get more tanks.....

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
I hear you Frank! Been there and back and there again. It was bad when I got the planted tank bug and then after a few years it got less appealing keeping up with the dosing and trimming and what not now I have none. Then CA/SA cichlids, man so many fine species and so little to a tank it's tough! I had 6 CA/SA tanks running then down to 2 and then another one popped back up and ugggghh. I try to only keep the two species I always go back two now, rivlatus and tex. Then an awesome JD caught my eye, and he had to have a mate, and I just got another rivulatus today. I'm so bad.

That is a bonus,my wife always moans while I'm doing water changes, I can hear her now"Stan!Your getting bloody water everywhere, how much longer is this bloody tank going to take"??It does my head in.
Also I'm unfortunate enough to be a carpenter and joiner,so she's constantly got me making building and improving things that don't need improvement.
Don't get me wrong, she's lovely, but a right pain in the arse.

Iguanas are beautiful animals,it must have been quite something to have a nice tame one roaming around the house.

lol sounds like mine.

It was great having the iguana. My wife liked her more than the fish, though she does admit to liking them sometimes or at least certain ones like the HRP.

I blame the internet. If it wasn't for those jerks on the first forum I ever joined giving me solid advice and information, I would have probably lost interest a long time ago. Then they had the gall to post pictures of all kinds of amazing fish that they kept. So you see it is not my fault that I keep buying tanks, I was manipulated into it.

That's what native tanks do to you, man.....I'm already tired of my natives

If you have dogs or cats, not lucky at all :(
no that's what natives do to you. I like my native tank the best. its my two tropical tanks I don't want anymore.

Your natives threaten our natives and I'm not allowed to keep them :(

our natives are badass. I don't see how bass and sunfish threaten like 60% of your natives though lol.
Bass and bluegill are outcompeting the native fish or just eating them so it doesn't really help lol. They get minced on the east coast by crocs and tigerfish :p
