That's a beautiful scape and some nice inspiration. I have to note I'm wondering why the butterfly is patrolling under the surface.

Colourful stock and beautiful killies but my tank will be for the slightly larger African fish, this is Monsterfishkeepers afterall :p

Lol. I just needed an excuse to slide this one in on the CA/SA subforum, so the talk about African biotopes provided that. I am still patiently waiting for my lfs to get some butterflies, it seems like they were always there until I wanted one.

Haha, I love this thread. I finally found one at a reputable LFS and then my pink tail munched it aftet 2 weeks. While I was at school too.

I'm hoping bichirs won't munch them either

I saw that on another thread, unfortunately things can sometimes go wrong very quickly.

Yeah, it happens. I doubt I'm getting more since a poly will also eventually be a possible predator

The more I watch this video the more I like it.
An African biotope is definitely on the cards for me soon.

I am thinking the same thing, I absolutely love this tank in particular.

Moved my spear and unlabeled anubias into the 70, and added a barteri which was pretty cheap as well. Someone is coming to pick up my odds and ends of fish so it is getting closer to full African.

I also got contacts for possible bolbitis and crinum :D
