18 newly hatched today. Total body-count today: 45 living ornates in our home
Do you use plants on the tubs for the frys to hide? Are they actually eating / predating on each other?
At this stage no plants, so the plastic containers are easy to keep clean. When they get bigger they get plants to hide in. They nip at each other if they can, so we separate them when they get to a sertain size. And if they are keept together we make sure they are about the same size.
