Do you guys think the CB are generally less prone to aggression than the WC? I know that can be the case in other fish.

Sorry noob question. What is the difference between cb and wc? And how do i know if one of the saddleds is what? Are they aggressive? Can i keep senegals, dels, or marbled with them

WC - wild caught
CB tend to stay smaller. There are also physical traits that tend to show up in CB vs. WC. Head shape is one, patterns is another. It varies depending on the bichir and the 'quality'.
If you get a 2-3 inch bichir it is likely CB.
I will say that I got a 4" WC Palmas Polli though. But with the lower jaws like the endlis I think it is rare to get WC at a small size.

Oh well duh. I should have known that.
So assuming i find a saddled bichir could i still keep 3 polys with this stock? Would a saddled be ok with 2 of the smaller ones like senegals and dels?
Endli will be endli, their aggression is known especially when young, cb become more mild manner when they become adult, wc can become aggressive even as a adult.
