:D This always makes me laugh so hard. I hope to get mine that fat.

Damn that's some serious substrate impaction right there, or an internal infection or both.

Look at how the back half of the body is withering away from not getting any nutrition delivered to it. Maybe it's lack of blood flow.

magpie magpie check out jwd jwd post #10 on this thread. Doesn't that look like peace river?

Does anyone on here have any full grown teugs? or pics. I find it extremely hard to find any decent specimens? Is no one proud of their Teugs? lol

Grew my CB from 2" to 14" in about 13-14 months

I'm curious to see the largest CB teug. Growth sizes vary.

I got some CB teug couple weeks ago and all of them have put on half an inch already, except for the one runt. It started eating slow compared to the others, probably because to it, hikari carnivore pellets seemed like massivore to a ropefish. It takes two to three chomps to finish a single carnivore pellet but it eats like a champ. The rest of the teugs eat whole carnivore pellets at a time and just smash them with their gular plates and the roof of their mouths.

I'd like to see u grow them out. Not many big, meant long teug over 12" out there.

Vancouver_98683 Vancouver_98683 grew a cb teug 18" big.

14" my brutha, lol . You'd be a good fishing partner to spread glorious tales around. :-)

Wow! Polyaddict86 Polyaddict86 do you know if that smaller teug is CB?

Dr. B had a smaller wild and cb teug before getting the large 28" WC

It would deflate after a few days every time and balloon up again after 1 feeding. Tweedle the Teug was a rarity. It had a undiagnosed eating problem for sure. :-)

You know it's just overeating and not impaction, right?
