Clearly my client is seen in this photo...no doubt there....but what you DON'T see is the charitable donation of "Slow, Ice Cream" buoys my client has generously purchased and placed allowing passing boaters...in the middle of nowhere... to be warned of those delicious treats ahead! We all love ice cream, including my client.

This is clearly a doctored photo your honor...my client was simply warning them they needed a larger vessel for open ocean travel! He attempted to show them via a series of stress tests but the damage had already been done....

The only thing my client is guilty of...is caring too damn much!

I think you just turned the case back to your client! You claim you client is placing the buoys that say "slow ice cream". Which we all know from previous evidence, ice cream and shark attacks have a correlation! So it appears your client is luring unsuspecting boats and great white sharks to the same area, with the intentions of the great white MURDERING the innocents.
