Ha ha.
Never heard a fish keeper blaming missing a disease on residue on the glass
Classic

MariaS,
Why suggest metro for treating external worms?
Metro is a type of anti-biotic. Bacterial infection, flagellates, microbes.
Doubt it will work on the worms?
It's leftover from double sided tape from the old background (flipped tank when I painted it

Seachems site says that it is safe for invertebrates. Basically not ideal?

Y Yoda1 .....

I in fact did not recommend any treatments at all

Other members suggested various treatments which Hendre said he could not find in SA
I supplied the names under which he could find those ingredients and availability of the suggested medications in South Africa

Personally, i would use Prazinquatel.

I'm going to phone a few shops when school comes out.

Will look for that as well.

Oh yes, easy mistake

Metro is not an approrpiate treatment for worms.

But Maria suggestion of Prazinquatel is a good idea.

Could try if ur not able to get other stuff. It'sucess is in question but is still used for ectoparasites. Should kill everything except the fish.
