Been trying to get a measurement, but my teug has been tape measure shy since I got back. She was only willing to poke her nose out of the plants today

Mine seems to be the odd fish out - darker and lack of distinct pattern. Personality wise a great fish thus far though

I got some Monte Carlo along with a couple species of Rotala yesterday since the algae has been clearing up. The Teug loves the new plants.

Nice setup. I did a double take at those flat black rocks they look like puddles lmao loooong day...very cool
My teug has been driving me nuts, considering getting rid of her. She as two distinct moods. The first she's bold and friendly, following me around the tank. The second she's the incredibly skittish, to the point where she freaks out the second I walk in the room, goes so freakin crazy that she smacks into the tank over and over and over again, and doesn't stop until she has all of her tankmates doing the same. It's only a matter of time before she gets herself or another poly hurt. It'd be one thing if it was just her freaking out, but she's making it so that I can't even enjoy my polys more than half the time. UGH
It'll look even nicer once the Monte Carlo fills into a carpet. Then the tank will be ready for full tank shots.
I understand you don't see these too often, being from the city and all, but those are river rocks. They're smooth and round because they used to be in a river.
Hahaha ok wise guy, im now considered an un-city boy btw. We had rivers in nyc im pretty sure they were radioactive though
