She seems to be doing better since I started with the epsom salt. She is eating well and not so skinny anymore.

Could be stress related due to her previous condition.
I would treat for bacterial infection and keep water pristine.

Thanks Darren. I agree, and will continue. The age probably makes getting better much harder. Robertsoni are pretty tough fish when it comes to disease and parasites. For example with HITH it was much harder to cure than an Oscar.
Update.
She is doing much better. Very active and eating a lot. She put back all the lost weight. But she looks old, her color isn't as good, and she seems to be having difficulty seeing. I am going to continue treating/water changes for a little longer.
