Which is exactly what I answered by starting off my post with a +1 quote of the previous post stating it was rivulatus. Adding that the difference in appearance between rivulatus and stalsbergi is not the white 'saum' (white edged fins), but in the scale pattern, states an essential and fundamental fact in distinguishing them, making it highly relevant to the original question.I believe the question was meant to be whether it is a white rivulatus or a stalsbergi.
And to me this one appears to be rivulatus.
Would be a rather boring thread/forum if only 'yes' or 'no' answers were acceptable.
