Green terror or White saum?

I believe the question was meant to be whether it is a white rivulatus or a stalsbergi.
And to me this one appears to be rivulatus.
Which is exactly what I answered by starting off my post with a +1 quote of the previous post stating it was rivulatus. Adding that the difference in appearance between rivulatus and stalsbergi is not the white 'saum' (white edged fins), but in the scale pattern, states an essential and fundamental fact in distinguishing them, making it highly relevant to the original question.

Would be a rather boring thread/forum if only 'yes' or 'no' answers were acceptable.

Ok so female rivulatus. Can she breed with the male rtm? Has that ever been done . Or is that a bad idea and should i seperate them. They are always around each other
I've seen some crazy cichlid hybrids, so I don't know what I'd call impossible. On the other hand, I've personally had and known other people with odd couple fish that liked to hang out together but weren't trying to breed, so that's a possibility also.

Whether they'll simply live okay together long term (one doesn't turn on the other, etc.) --sometimes unlikely combinations work out okay and sometimes only temporarily.

My post was only in reply to the "+1" and post you quoted. I definitely wasn't disagreeing with either.
But was more clarifying the question of the OP. "Same thing just made up names for rivulatus" would be a comparison between a gold and white saum. But in this thread "Green Terror" was used to refer to stalsbergi.
So I was merely trying to clarify.
In retrospect maybe I should've quoted the previous post ;)
