300g Oscar tankmates

Looking for tankmates to grow up with 2 2 inch oscars in a 300g , what’s people’s suggestions /ideal stocking ?

I mean, technically you Are correct a 180 is 72x24x24

However you where off on his measurements, which still isn’t 300, but if you add his sump in the total gallons are 300.

Stick with south American fish, not central American, CA will be too aggressive.
Lots of good SA options:
Severum
Chocolate cichlids
True parrot Hoplarchus psittacus
green terror (maybe, some are aggressive)
Belly crawler pike
flagtail prochilodus
Silver dollars

Any fish that has a similar body shape as your oscar can be seen as a competitor, so plan for moving fish around or rehoming as you figure out which other fish to put into the tank. I would have a secondary quarantine tank ready.

Add more than 2 fish at a time so they don't get bullied by the oscars, something like a minimum of 4.

I would add non cichlid tank mates like a small group of pink tail chalceus and a catfish like Pimelodus blochii.
Just make sure they are big enough when added not to be looked apon as food.
Whatever you add,I would not over do it.
Oscars are big fish and well fill your tank nicely on their own.
