Size by species(under right conditions many of these can get even bigger)
Bluegill:6 to 15 inches(Mexican type often smaller than regular)

That took some time to type out on a phone lol. I'll get around to the "black bass" eventually. They are a much more complex genus with newly identified species in the past few years.
I have a jewel cichlid in a gallon pickle jar I trapped yesterday. I decided not to add him to my community tank. He will either go in the bird bath or back in the river. He is a pretty one, but not something I want to own the tank.
Currently identified bass species. List does not contain strains, unique morphology or subspecies.
