So my neighbor started a habbit of mowing his lawn at the exact time my kids go in the pool. 3 weeks in a row. Oh and he rides his mower with the chute pointed towards my yard. Shooting all sorts of crap into the air while the kids are swimming.
That sort of activity ought to be covered in the bylaws of the HOA.....bring it up during the next meeting if not.So my neighbor started a habbit of mowing his lawn at the exact time my kids go in the pool. 3 weeks in a row. Disable lawnmower in a discreet mannerIt's not I stood there shooting the stuff with a hose but by the time I started he was already 5 or 6ft from our property line. I was going to accidentally shoot him in the face with the hise but....would have been obvious and he would definitely have called the cops. Wife would have been Uber pissed
+1personally I would ignore it, smile and say hello when you see him, may take a bit but if he aint getting your goat anymore, like a troll, he will more than likes move on, and perhaps change his attitude.
Do the owners of the property pooping dogs take part in those gatherings?I had one neighbor let his dogs run at free will and **** all over everyone’s yard. Last straw was when I was mowing the lawn and stepped on it. I just lost it and called the cops. Cops gave them a warning and now their dogs are on a tie out chain. No problem ever since. All other neighbors are pretty cool and we talk, get together some nights to have a bon fire and a few drinks in each other’s yard.
