Personally I would treat with fluke solve to be on the safe side.

Sounds like a classic case of gill flukes to me.Dieselhybrid

keepinfish sp I played under the tank and watched every minute 90 seconds I saw what I believe to be the caught or hiccup I saw 3 4 times while laying theremin any advice would be great. I dosed prazi it's been 24 hours still not eating but behaving well. Breathing heavy still but active outside out that.

I have had this a few times and treatment is normally effective after around 5 days.
Some say 24hrs to see a change but my experience is 5 days to see a real noticeable improvement.
Be sure to follow the instructions.
Do you run UV?
If not, you should as its very beneficial.
