Until your tank is sufficiently cycled to equilibrium, you can change water every day, and it will still be cloudy.
Keeping fish is not an over night situation where everything is perfect because you want it to be. You are basically "trying" to create a bit a nature in a glass box, and encouraging a natural cycle in that unnatural situation takes time. The perfect population of bacteria for the situation, doesn't happen on your schedule, they work on their own growth, reproduction timeline.
And there will surely also be other situations that occur along the way that tax your patience, as the new tank evolves.
There may be also typically be an algae bloom a month or two down the road which turns your tank water turns green, or colors the tank walls are covered in brown slime, until you figure out what is the proper water change schedule for your tank, light period and its particular fish population, these happens are almost inevitable.
