Leveling of my 600 Gallon.

When I installed my 120 a few years ago, two corners of the tank did not contact the stand. I used plastic composite shims between the floor and the stand base. I stacked the shims until the stand and tank corners lined up.
I'm not sure if that proceedure will work with such a large setup, but might be worth a try. Good luck.

use good quality plywood as underlayment eg [marine plywood] and get plastic 1/4 inch of the type ice shack runners are made of it is ridged yet will conform to small inconsistencies of tank bottom

Use composite shims under the stand legs until it is level. It is also possible that the piece of plywood has deformed, and in that case, you would need to replace the plywood.
put the foam back? Why did you remove it do you think it was causing any issues?
Putting the foam back would be a very bad idea, and it will lead to the eventual failure of the seams of the tank. Polystyrene foam compresses and deforms over time, resulting in an unlevel tank, and that leads to seam failure. Styrofoam should NEVER be used as a substitute for properly leveling the stand.
Shim between plywood and stand. That's what I did.
Also a bad idea, the weight won't be evenly distributed over the bottom of the tank if you do that.

if i was misunderstood plastic sheet the dimensions of bottom of tank would be used .it will definitely act as a shock absorber and has compression stability to at least 10 tons, material is same as used in break presses for aligning beds.
without a good base to place tank on any leveling will only torque tank frame.

My tank is perfectly level front to back, side to side, and corner to corner by shimming between plywood and stand.
