Thanks. I like to have some air flow in my tanks to keep the temps from continually climbing. So I used the gutter guard stuff. Eventually my polys/ropes are going to be moving to my 135 so I'll need to figure out a solution there too. That one has a canopy but open in the back.Nice job. Looks like a maximum security facility

why don't just lower the water level
Just do the same thing. Gutter guard over egg crate. Thats what I did on the back of mine.I had a canopy on one of my old tank and still secured the holes. It wont stop them from getting out of they try
This should give you an idea of how well fish this shape can jump.
I had a 18" fire eel in a cooler with 3" of water for transport and the lid wasn't opened and I looked over right as he was 3 feet in the air
That must have been a sight to see. Was it during transport? Or were you home at the time ?
