Paul Cuffaro's Red Tail Cats Almost All Dead

Anyone see his new video? I don't like to link off-site like this but this was actually pretty sad to hear. He just moved to his new house and didn't have his heaters set up, and it got incredibly cold and killed all of his redtails with the exception of a few hybrids. I think he had a stronger connection to these fish than his other fish, since his red tail cats pond was one of the only times i've ever seen him fully wait till a tank is cycled. He was also talking about how he just got a way bigger pool pond so they reach bigger size. Years of dedication down the drain with nothing to show for it. Sucks :\

He says now he's going to get a warehouse to put his cats inside it. Smart idea, Florida weather isn't quite perfect enough for these monsters.

Agreed. Only person in Florida in the fish hobby I watch is tbtb lol, everyone else seems ignorant and do something’s that I can’t rap my mind around, what’s worse isn’t the support they receive for the ignorance they pass on lol. I feel bad for a lot of the animals in their possession sometimes.

I find that his animal care has improved over time but he still is far off from what I would call a good fish keeper. Doesnt cycle tank, little to no research, and all these little things that can be easily fixed and avoided.

I do like seeing some of the videos PC does with Kamp Kenan and Predatory fins though.

I believe PC is just young and will some day be a better fish keeper and actually promote the hobby properly. I can’t say I feel that way about the others

rawwfishing is the biggest idiot in fishkeeping. PC, catchemall, all pale in comparison to the ultimate, supreme lord of stupidity. yes catchemall is a jerk too but rawwfishing just makes me want to puke.

I agree I get the feeling from his videos that he does care about the animals.
He’s got a lot to learn and the older he gets the more patience he will develop and maybe not be as spontaneous with his fish keeping.
Some of the others( not mentioning names)
Give me the impression that if their channel didn’t make it they would stop keeping fish all together.
Where as PC gives me the impression that he would still keep fish and do what he’s doing the YouTube thing is just a bonus.

I actually enjoy PC. I think as he matures he will become a better fish keeper and more informed through research etc.
I like his channel. I love Predatory Fins channel, have ordered from them before great fish!
