Feeding my 1" Dats mix of frozen mysis and krill.

Eventually when they understand your feeding hand movement in front of the tank, they will rush to anything that drops into the water.

I was about to ask this.


Dat wont eat anything besides brine shrimp. Since hes soo small should i just continue giving him what he wants or try and starve him until it accepts other foods ? If i can get him to at least take tilapia i'll be able to load it up with pellets. He did mouth some flakes but spit them out

Break up sinking pellets in the portion of brine shrimp that you give him.

Im gonna try it with broken up food sticks. Tried with 1mm nls pellets and he wouldnt go near them.

Got him to grab some tilapia/shrimp mix but kept spitting it out.

Yeah if you crumble and soak. Funny ive never had any fish like the hikari carnivore products. Even small bichirs would pass on it. Little jars just spits them out...huge mess
