Interesting,I wasn't aware that snakes could control the amount of venom delivered in each bite.Probably would depend on how much venom the snake had decided on delivering, and how fast the antivenom was delivered.
I've read that young snakes are deadlier, since they are inexperienced, and tends to deliver the maximum amount of venom to it's victim.
