Are building is concrete floors and is on a load barring wall should be fine know I know some one with couple 180gal on third floor apartment and believe my tank is 1000lbs the way it sits

If you'd have given those crucial details in your original post you'd have got a simple answer of "it'll be fine", instead of us guessing and trying to recommend this advice or that advice.

It just goes to show that if you want proper advice then the original poster must give ALL the details involved, instead of giving us half a story and then adding other important information as the thread goes on. :irked:

Tank looks pretty tall? Obviously a tall narrow tank will spread its weight over a smaller footprint than a long or wide tank that isn't as tall. If you're not sure about the floor you could reduce the water level to 18-20", with some large pieces of wood protruding from the water and some exposed plants it could look quite cool.
