salt is measured in grams here. How many grams of salt should be added to every 100 litres of water?
Ahh den you should be able to fill and dl measure spoon with salt. 10dl is 1L. I never measure in grams i always measure salt for my tanks with dl.
But i found an chart im not sure if its correct but that says 120g salt per 1 dl so 360g salt per 100L of water.
Don't worry about salt or any treatment whar-so-ever. Start doing big water changes immediately. Start with a 25% waterchange, wait a few hours and do another 25%. Tomorrow do a 50% and from that day after until the eye clears up. Then you'll need to do 50% every other day.

So here is my set up for my 180 gallon
Diy 75 gallon sump first chamber has a filter sock bacteria house media and purigen, second chamber is a K1 reactor, third chamber has the heater marine pure block some more ceramic media and the return pump. On the same tank I have a ultima 2 2000 filter with a 1900 gph pump. I know it’s overkill but I have more than enough filtration as the fish grow to keep up with the demand. I do not like to use canister filters they honestly become nitrate factories. I do 2-3 80% water changes on this tank weekly sometimes more depending on nitrate levels.

Nitrates at 6ppm seems like a pretty arbitrary number. Is this the same chart you are using? Yours is 6ppm? Are you sure about that?
