I acknowledge you have researched the living daylights out of this, but it would also be good to hear from actual experience as well. We have had previous issues with people giving advice on fish they have never actually kept. It has caused all sorts of issues.I'll just leave lol.
I've found this thread useful - https://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/threads/piranha-species-information.50148/ - I am interested in a serrasalmus rhombeus but what concerns me is I've heard they bite internal equipment like heaters and all.
do you think cleaning the tank or it biting the equipment will be much of a problem? I'd start with a baby black pNever seen the heater or intake being eaten or chewed on.... chimples from the glass...
If you want multiple get 3-5 reds, want solo there are heaps of Serra’s that are nice...
you can get a little black p for $30?
start small and cheap then go from there...

I remember you saying that. I don't plan on getting other tanks besides my 120 gallon tank. It's either 120 or 125Nope...
pay attention, only had 1/60 that I had to watch about biting me....
Get a 40g breeder and a 3” rhom...
Good luck!
