What is the difference between the 3? Ive heard about spots, shape, etc, can anyone explain or show actual examples??

Pretty much the location where the "Xingu Cichla" was collected from in the Xingu river.

I would do a search in the pike section. There's enough pictures around MFK and the web to show the juvenile and adult coloration of each. You'll have to do quite a bit of digging since Xingu pikes have only recently started being imported again since pre 2012. As a result, there isn't really any new information from pike keepers in over 7 years.
