Ther rocks are made by a company called Emsco. They're available at Menards and Home Depot, you just have to cut the back out to allow water flow. The truck bed liner doesn't provide the box itself any strength but but it does prevent any leaks from things that would poke through the epoxy paint. You can't use it on it's own because silicone won't stick to it.

The epoxy sticks to it ok though? Obviously its currently holding. What made you decide to use the bed liner?
Looks great I'm really thinking about building one.
