Question about Green Terrors and the orange on there tail

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
The lady at the fish store I went to told me she was a white tail and would be better for my red oscar. She also told me that the red tail GT. Might not get a long with my oscar because they seemed to be more aggressive

I personally don't have any experience with Green Terror but I tagged a very experienced and knowledgeable member who breeds GT's. Also other experienced members will respond .

Looks like a normal orange tail to me. The better they feel, the more colorful they become. They can lose their colors when they are stressed.

I have no idea why the lady at the store would say that. I’ve had both gold and silver saums and their aggression levels are the same. It will vary between individuals, but I would not say silvers are more docile then golds.

Lighting can effect how their color looks, but yours looks like a gold. Possibly a gold x silver cross. My crosses have both yellow and white on their fins.
