I like it, the swaying in the currents. Don't think it's really hurting anything...

I wasn't implying there was anything wrong with it, I actually am growing algae in my 29 as it is. Question though, how did you get that particular strand of algae to grow? I can only get lush green algae and brown algae.

I believe it rode in on plants from The Wet Spot.

Beautiful fish, nice tankmates as well and tank looks good! I used to have a bunch of that algae covering wood in a setup and purposely left it too, a very nice looking algae IMO

So I must sadly say that I have rehomed the GT. I want from this tank a lively active tank not another solo fish tank. Mr GT is not playing along at all with this plan. Attacking everyone else in the tank. In hindsight I should have probably gone with CB fish instead of wild. Lesson learned.

Tank will be sorted out some, going a slightly different route.
