I am going to move into an new place in two weeks. Do I need to replace all of my bio media and how much old water do I need to keep? I am also going to replace the substrates.

Keep your bio media to help get you started when you set your tank back up. There's no benefit to keeping any old tank water, other than to store your bio media in during the move, in a bucket or something.

I will also say that hell of a lot of good BB will be in your substrate. If you are replacing all your substrate with new be very careful, the chances are you will have an imbalance of BB when you set your tank back up.

This could skew your parameters until things settle down.

During the transportation I am going to put the bio media into a bucket with the tank water but do I need to run a probable pump for them?

You'll need some kind of oxygenation so yes an air stone or sponge filter to keep your fish and bb alive

I mean do I need to have a portable pump running in the bucket during the transportation? When the fish and the bio media arrive at the new place I will put them all together into a storage box with my Eheim 2215 running
