I see nothing has been posted this year, let's get you active bunch over here.

How has everyone been handling their fitness since this whole Corona thing?

I gained 6 pounds :help2: now at 5’5” while weighing 221, must lose weight.

Now during Corona season is the perfect time to do it. Bodyweight exercises are perfect because there are many progressions

I'm currently sitting at 6'4" and 168lbs or 76 kgs, very lean but still my current highest wait, more or less. Currently my working out consists of boxing/core sessions, 3 mile runs some mornings and random pushups/dips whenever I feel like it. Busy trying to make a consistent habit

Running and cycling is my thing. Keeps my heart in good nick. I'm 5'9" and never swerve too far away from 150lb. Resting heart beat of around 45-48bpm. It hasn't always been that way though. When I was a young lad I was too busy at the pub to be exercising. I'm 53 next and instead of slowing down and seeing the middle aged spread developing I feel better now that I did when I was younger.

Gotta look after yourself, that goes for you too fishhead0103666 fishhead0103666 .

You sure you're not a zombie? Obviously my fitness still has a ways to go, I usually hover in the low 60s, or down to 50s if I'm very relaxed. It's rare to see people past 50 being properly fit, well done!

I’m 5 foot 150 lbs a little chunky? I play hockey and ride my bike around my neighborhood all the time looking for pokemon?

I know, it’s a lack of self control which I’ve been addressing but I find myself often forgetting about portion size. My goal is to get down to 170 then see how I like it.

That never hurts!

What helped me previously is realising you don't always need seconds (or thirds, I used to eat a lot). Combine that with a good exercise routine and you'll shed weight in no time.

I started using a calorie counting app about six weeks ago and log everything as close as I can estimate. That along with 40-50 minutes of cardio workout I’ve lost about 20 pounds. I am finding this works well. I’m eating less and not starving, still drink beer and eat pizza when I want, just a little less.
