tlindsey would lettuce in a bag from my local Walmart be okay? Also, would a cichlid pellet/flake be okay for their main food source?
I personally would purchase a clip with the suction cup from lfs and attach lettuce from the bag. I personally just use flakes and pellet but make sure Spirulina is in the ingredients. The Silver Dollar will eat most prepared foods lol.
I find silver dollars to be quite calm when given sufficient space. Romaine lettuce and spirulina wafers (cookies) are good snacks
