I second that, ph consistency is more important than actual ph. Most farm raised fish will be fine as long as they’re acclimated properly. You can you decor and substrate to keep it stable+1, ph consistancy is key!
Angels from Florida (7ish ph) dead in about 48hrs here. Angels from local breeders (8.2-8.4ph) no issues ever!
Sounds like you’re gonna need to increase filtration and up your WC schedule. Did you clean your filters or do anything treatments that could’ve caused a crash?All was sky hight
Ye I may have run low on that on one changeSnakeheadred , if your ammonia and nitrite are over 1PPM do a 50% water change. Don't forget to add your dechlorinator to the new water as you are adding water back to the tank.
