Small update on the grow out WC Rio Parana kels from dereks fish. Love how they look with the white tank and blue/white led’s on.
This guy is two tone looks very much like a Tocantins kelberi (I think that’s what he is) I’m good with it! he looks different than the F1 Tocantins kels I got from imperial tropical at this size so that’s a plus
This guy very much resembles my old R. Parana kel I’m loving this fish, has a very gold body with gold spangling..... sexy! ?
This guy is the runt of the bunch but he has the most unique pattern I’m hoping he grows as large as the other kels (pic quality is poor had to zoom in this fish is shy it’s hard to get a good shot)
The last kel is my least favorite but I’m hopeful, with kels the ones that have the ugliest ugly duckling stage usually turn out very nice we will see.
