Sports and fitness 2021

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
People I haven’t seen in a year have commented on me looking skinnier but I don’t see it. Thanks though, I appreciate it comrade.

Nope, I’ve been busy working full time and going to school full time, working like a dog man, up at 6am and home at 9pm then off to bed after a shower and food 4 days a week then it’s 6am-4pm then 6am-4-5-6pm then off on Sunday. Not a lot of free time as you can see but I’m making it work.
The change is big, but damn you're busy! I still have close to a month left before uni starts. Nice thing is that it's flat here so my running is getting back in. Done 3 runs of 4.5-8.5km this past 10 days, and have hiked about 50km in the past month in the Cape Mountains with lots more planned for the year!

Got out for a run on Tuesday when temps got up to a balmy 48F. Very stiff in the back and hips after. I'm forcing myself to get on the versa climber tonight as I've already ingested 4 out of the 5 food groups today (sausage group, chicken group, fish group, biscuit group) and I plan to have the last one (steak group) tonight. In lieu of a protein shake afterwards I will most likely supplement with whiskey.

12 mile mountain biking trail. It was awesome! It was over by a massive lake called Lake Hodges. I am now 5'6 and 140 pounds. Im chubby. But I guess it runs in the family. My dad is 6'5 and almost 300 pounds. His dad was 6'2 and 250 pounds. My moms side, everyone got chubby around my age, and then grew to there normal height.

Sounds pretty cool. I recently ran/walked/hiked 127km in 5.5 days for a uni competition, placed first so probably some nice prizes in store!

I'm doing track for school so I did the 4x1 relay 4x2 really and hurdles. For the 4x1 we got 2nd and in the 4x2 we got 3rd. I am a hurdles guy so I as happy I got 1st in that event!

I ran a 100K race 4 weeks ago, and I have a 100 mile race in 4 weeks. 2020 was a was a wash due to Covid.
