I know this thread has gone a long ways from identifying the pleco but I do think common pleco bc of the pattern on the belly. Bn don’t have spotting on the belly like the pleco in this pic

I heard that feeding garlic to fishes are good for them.
how do you feed garlic to fish? Is there special garlic for fish or Normal garlic that we eat? Do I need to soak the food in garlic water and then give it to them? Or fishes will eat garlic pieces directly?

Some brands such as Seachem make a product called Garlic Guard you can use to pre-soak foods before giving it to fish...

I used to use it sometimes to enticing picky fish to try new foods when the refused to eat anything offered...

New update: after 4 days of administrating the medication for white spot paradise, all fishes are now free from white spots, none of the white spot visible in any fish. Should I continue the medicine for another 3 days? Or should I stop
It? When do I need to change the water?

Just because you don't see spots, doesn't mean ick is gone.
There is an inert stage where dormant ick are sitting in the substrate, waiting to hatch out, and attach to fish.
Then when .they hatch is a stage where the meds are effective, this is why we continue to treat after cysts on the fish have disappeared

Keep up the treatment. Ich falling off means it is ready to spread, so treatment must continue to ensure it gets killed.
