Flowerhorn growout

Just put the plant in the tank. Sorry for the absolutely dirty water, I fed mysis shrimp thinking it would be good but it just made a big mess. Should have got frozen instead of freeze dried. image.jpg

Hopefully you get lucky with this guy. Flowerhorns really are hit or miss.
I agree freeze dried can be a mess. I feed frozen mysis (which makes a mess too, I think it’s a mysis thing).

Yea mysis are just so tiny that once the cube breaks up it just goes everywhere. Honestly absolutely in love with the natural green look of the plant
