I have two 4-5in long Bichirs in a 55-gallon tank, an Ornate, and a Senegal. I'm planning to buy a 125-gallon tank for them very soon, and I was wondering if they'd both be okay in a tank of that size for the rest of their lives.

Yes. I kept both successfully alone together. Get at least 3 or more bichirs, they will nip each other when older

Are they all about the same size?

They should be fine together, although I'm not expert on polypterus or rope fish. I suppose it is possible they might not get along as certain animals can be weird and act out of the ordinary. I see no reason why they wouldn't be fine, so long as they have enough room and are the same size.
