Egg bound as in there’s trouble laying the eggs, how can I help if this is the case?

It started a few days ago and hasn’t gotten any bigger, at first I thought she just ate too much but she’s constantly had it now for like 4 days

My tetras will get really fat. No idea why, perhaps they eat too much consistently. I have no experience with breeding so I can’t comment on eggbound.

That's not just fat. Getting fat due to food would take longer. Something is going on if it doesn't go away after a couple days of no feeding. It could be egg bound, bacterial infection, increase parasitic infection, are the ones that could think of that occur over a period of days.
