Why not hydrolycus tatauaia? Rarely exceeds 12”. If I’m not wrong you’re looking for a characin? Does your tank have high flow?

Idk if anyone said it bit basically you could have all the upper Jaw species in that foot print except for the tuegelsi and ornate as they are just aggressive and get massive

Good idea, but I would rather just tilt the pvc Piping because it does cost money, and money is precious.

You could also put a pvc T, and that will slow it down as well by shooting it in 2 directions instead of a concentrate single direction. That's less than $3

Also, if money is precious..... looking for an additional tank mate in the mid-high level for the del makes no sense (considering you already bought more bichirs)

Sorry, this was wrongly stated. I have money saved up, but I don’t want to spend it on something like DMD123 DMD123 suggested because it is $3

This is something quite cool. However, my PH is 7.6-7.8, and aqua-imports states they need a 180g tank.

I agree with Shadow that even that species of vampire tetra would be too big for a 341 liter. Even if it doesn't usually get over 30 cm, a 30 cm fish would need 180x45 cm minimum (so 473 liters volume), which Shadow's 120 cm tank falls short of.
