There isn't really a fixed guideline to 'ID' fh (just my opinion),breeders aren constantly adding new blood into their lines and not all offspring come out looking the same. I just go by the name the fish was sold to me as.

Yep. You are right . Since ita a hybrid, it might be a cross of different variants and cannot be confirmed accurately.

I'd try adding some terracotta pots and fake plants as "COVERS" for the fish. Also dim the lights . That'll help the little guy get comfortable.
