Update: his poop is already like this after 3-4 days of metro treatment. Should i still continue with the pre-soaking of pellets in azoo anti-endoparasite(with metronidazole component) and putting dissolved metro in the tank? Thanks

Is the bump on the side of this fish a sign of hex? I'm not sure if that is what the op is saying or not? I'm dealing with a similar issue and looking for what exactly is/was wrong with this flowerhorn.
