Yea I covered all holes in lid with either rocks or plastic wrapSocial animals. Care same as polys....pretty much. Actually very effective predator. Supposedly can reach up to 24" in the wild, live 20+ years. Not a jumper like polys but can and will climb out or into filtration.
I’ve only ever owned a poly once it was a 2 inch dinosaur bichir and it managed to get itself behind my filter media and diedSocial animals. Care same as polys....pretty much. You’re going straight to clove oil?Sounds like it’s a broken spine. Since not eating or swimming then I’d suggest euthanasia with clove oil.
Yes. Had rope fish in the past with similar problems. Eventually died. Can’t surgically replace a spine. No meds to fix it. If it can’t or swim. Then it’ll slowly die hence I suggested the clove oil. Don’t have to follow my suggestion. Can always do something else but not sure what that something else is.You’re going straight to clove oil?
